 ed to dismantling barriers and creating sustainable employment pathways fo
 r the visually impaired community within Bangladesh’s RMG sector. As the
  backbone of our economy\, the RMG industry holds immense potential to bec
 ome a global leader in inclusive employment. This session brings together 
 policy-makers\, industry giants\, and advocacy groups to turn that potenti
 al into a reality. Background of the Event Bangladesh’s Ready-Made Garme
 nts (RMG) industry\, employing over 4 million people\, stands as a global 
 example of growth and resilience. Yet the inclusion of persons with visual
  impairments remains significantly low despite national commitments under 
 the Persons with Disabilities’ Rights and Protection Act 2013 and global
  frameworks such as the UN CRPD. While international buyers and embassies 
 increasingly emphasize inclusive and ethical sourcing\, practical gaps per
 sist in workplace readiness\, skills development\, and coordinated efforts
  between factories\, NGOs\, and disability focused institutions. Songjog F
 oundation\, through its disability inclusion portfolio\, is uniquely posit
 ioned to bridge these gaps. This roundtable aims to introduce Songjog’s 
 inclusive employment initiatives\, convene influential stakeholders\, iden
 tify funding opportunities. Distinguished Stakeholders This session is a c
 ollaborative effort involving the four pillars of change: Government Stake
 holders RMG Sector Leaders NGOs & INGOs The Visual Impaired Community Obje
 ctives of the Roundtable Identify barriers and opportunities in employing 
 visually impaired individuals within the RMG supply chain. Co-develop a pr
 actical roadmap for adaptive skills training\, workplace accessibility\, a
