The core objective of the SAVE project was to transform the professional and personal lives of visually impaired individuals by giving them the tools necessary to thrive in the modern workplace. We aimed to:

Key Program Activities
The training program was structured around three pillars of empowerment:
Fundamental Computing
Training on operating systems, file management, browsing, and core Microsoft Office Suite applications using screen readers.
Communication Abilities
Sessions on professional email etiquette, teleconferencing skills, and effective spoken communication.
Soft Skills & Independence
Workshops on leadership, time management, problem-solving, teamwork, and interview preparation.
